The place is full of greenery. I came across the most beautiful place in Delhi. Different types of flowers, trees, bonsai, fountains, music. It also facilitates drinking water. You can witness the close view of Rashtrapati Bhawan. The only drawback is the number of people which somehow make experience little limited.

Amrit Udyan, located in Delhi, is a remarkable public garden that embodies both historical significance and natural beauty. Nestled in the heart of the city, this expansive garden offers a tranquil escape from the urban hustle and bustle. Previously known as the Mughal Gardens, Amrit Udyan spans a significant area and is renowned for its well-manicured lawns, vibrant flowerbeds, and serene water features. The garden's layout reflects traditional Mughal landscaping principles, showcasing an intricate design that harmonizes with the natural environment. Its carefully planned symmetry, lush greenery, and floral displays make it a picturesque retreat.

Amrit Udyan, formerly known as Mughal Gardens, located at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi, is an exquisite and iconic garden, renowned for its vast collection of flora, meticulously designed lawns, and serene atmosphere. Visiting Amrit Udyan is a delightful experience for nature lovers, history enthusiasts, and tourists alike. Its Mughal-inspired design, which incorporates elements of Persian, Indian, and British gardening styles, creates an aesthetic balance that is both elegant and tranquil. The garden is famous for its wide variety of flowers, especially roses, which bloom in abundance during the spring season. Visitors can witness a vibrant spectrum of colors, with flowers like marigolds, lilies, daffodils, and tulips adding to its charm. The well-maintained fountains, manicured lawns, and geometrically aligned flower beds enhance the overall beauty, making it a visual treat. One of the most appealing aspects of Amrit Udyan is its peaceful atmosphere, despite being located in the bustling capital. The garden provides a serene escape from the city's noise and chaos, offering a space for relaxation and reflection. Walking through the garden’s pathways, one can experience the fragrant air, chirping of birds, and the gentle sound of water flowing through the fountains, creating a sensory delight. However, the garden is open to the public for a limited period each year, usually during February and March, which can lead to overcrowding during peak times. Some visitors may find the strict security protocols a bit cumbersome, though they are necessary given the location. Overall, Amrit Udyan is a must-visit destination for those interested in exploring Delhi's natural and historical heritage. It provides a harmonious blend of beauty, culture, and serenity.❣️❣️

Pretty average. Not that good maintenance and staff. I went there around the time it opened in February and the flowers were already falling apart. There were literally monkeys and dogs roaming around the place trampling on flowers and eating them. In the presidential palace. This would be the last place in India that I thought would have a stray animal problem. But the most secured place in the country has a stray animal problem too 😂. There were too many people. There should be a limited number of tickets issued per day. The guards weren't even checking the tickets before entry. We had to walk a lot to enter the gate itself and there is no parking. There was a sign that said no walking in grass but there was a brave police woman taking photos of a tree standing on grass which was quite funny. The "birds of Rashtrapati bhawan" aren't even real, it's just an audio recording of some birds playing on speakers.🤣. I mean what the heck? Filthy restrooms. Overall pretty overrated.

A good stroll that lasts around 45 minutes may be taken here. Amrit Udyan (formerly Mughal gardens) is open to the public only a few months in a year. So make sure to utilise it whenever it's open. The gardens are well maintained. Peacocks freely roam around. You may book ur tickets online, it's practically free to enter u just need to reserve beforehand. There's also ample car parking available. Autos are also available. However, pls do not eat the ice cream from the shops inside. My family had a stomach upset.
