Its core "offer" is perpetual and immensely valuable: free and open access to a vital green space for the community. • Community Connection: While not a formal marketing promotion, the park facilitates informal gatherings and interactions among neighbors, thereby "offering" a platform for strengthening community ties and social cohesion. It's a place where friends and families can "enjoy with your friends and family."

Occasionally, local Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) or community groups might organize free events, such as yoga classes, fitness camps, or community cleanliness drives within the park. These are community-driven initiatives that leverage the park's public nature to provide additional, non-commercial "offers" that benefit the local residents.

Bank enclave park is usually busy and has less greenery than this park. If you are going for a walk or with your pet then this is better option for you. It's a little dirty but overall it is a nice and peaceful place. Enjoy with your friends and family.

Apart from open air gym, the park is in bad shape. It had to be leveled properly and more trees are to be planted.
