Jungle Camps India

I booked a 9 night tour to 3 national parks in Central India direct with this company inucluding Safari's, airport pick up, transfers & drop off to another airport. I was a little concerned paying using web links. This concern increased when my UK bank asked me to come in to discuss their security concerns with me. From the moment I was picked up by Sanjay at Nagpur Airport, my concerns melted away. I would urge independent minded travellers to book direct. I will review each resort on their individual page.

Terrible experience at Tadoba Jungle Camp, Sept 24. Was travelling with my wife and our 4 month old. There are other options in the area that offer a lot better experience at a lot reasonable price. Jungle camps charged us hefty for the luxury elevated cottage, but the room was not up to the mark at all. *1. Stained unhygienic toilets, 2. spider infested balcony, 3.untidy rooms etc..* Unfortunately when you are travelling with a baby the first thing you do is unpack (and set up the cradle in our case) therefore even when we realised these issues we were not in the mood to spend our time to repack and move to a different room. Come next morning our frustration increased further, * 4. Balcony bed appeared damp and untidy, 5. Couldn’t differentiate between shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, 6. Couldn’t reach to the reception and the intercom was not working, couldn’t order water either. * I had to walk down multiple times to the help desk area to get the service. I communicated all these issues with the camp manager Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Abhishek from booking team, only explanation offered was these issues are because of off season. But they did charge hefty in the off season. Pictures are attached, please choose wisely.

My experience with Jungle camps was truly memorable. I stayed in 3 different properties (Pench, Rukhad and Tadoba) and loved each one of them. The location of the camps is fantastic. The management and the service team is very warm and they take those extra steps to make you feel at home.

I had an amazing experience with Jungle Camps India. Their jungle safari was thrilling, the accommodations were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the adventure both exciting and informative. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the wild.
