Promotions or Special Offers

As a public park operating under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), MCD Park does not engage in commercial "promotions" or "special offers" in the traditional sense, unlike private businesses or recreational centers. Its core value is embedded in its public service and free accessibility.

  • Free Entry and Access: The most significant "promotion" is that MCD Park provides completely free entry and access to all members of the public. There are no fees, tickets, or membership requirements to enjoy its amenities, ensuring it remains an accessible and equitable resource for everyone in the community.

  • Open to All Ages (Focus on Adults): While public parks are generally open to all, MCD Park's design, with "minimal children," makes it uniquely "open" to adults and those specifically seeking a quiet environment. This "offer" of tranquility caters to a specific demographic need.

  • Contribution to Public Health & Wellness: By offering a serene environment for walks, meditation, and quiet reflection, the park serves as a valuable, free public health and wellness resource. It significantly contributes to the mental and physical well-being of the local population by providing a stress-free zone.

  • Rare Urban Star Gazing Opportunity: The inherent "offer" of being "ideal for star and moon gazing at night" provides a unique and free celestial viewing experience, which is a rare amenity in a light-polluted urban landscape.

Any organized activities that might take place within MCD Park, such as community yoga sessions focusing on meditation, silent reading groups, or informal discussions, would typically be initiated and managed by local Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) or other community groups, rather than being formal "promotions" by the park's management. Residents interested in such activities are advised to check local community notice boards or connect with their RWA for information.

Contact Information

As a public park managed by the local civic body, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), MCD Park typically does not have a direct, dedicated public phone number for general inquiries. Its administration and maintenance fall under the responsibility of the MCD.

Nicely maintained park with low footfall and no traffic noise. If one is looking for peace, this is a go to park then. Best for sitting or discussion . Bit small with narrow pavements, hence not that great for running or jogging
