Very dirty and haphazard shaped park. The only positive I see here is that it’s well lit at night time. Otherwise it’s got big sewage pipes which are kept here in the open. Even though there are a few swings out here. It’s Certainly not recommended for a walk.

Nice big statue located at the round about of road connecting North Delhi and Central Delhi. It is good to build such statues at some of the common places of the city, so that people can remember them in their lives. A sad part is that there are a lot of posters pasted outside the wall. Authorities should stop people from doing it, so that such statues don't lose their honour.

Nice large statue of Rani Jhansi who fought British army holding her child. It was a courage for lady to fight till he last breath and uphold the pride of her country and state. This statue and road is named after her so that people can remember her and her courage and inherit same in their life.

Jhandewalan Jhansi ki Rani Statue is at the jhandewalan circle. It is always crowded with vehicles. This round about circle is not free move for vehicles. All four road has signaled. And even you can not complete the circulars patj without signal light. They has intermediate stoppage as well.

A good place inside J and N block of Kalkaji visible from the main road. Ideal small park for daily morning and evening walkers, joggers but not for the casual trumps or lover couples. The gate of the main road end remains always open due to the ashram located inside the park. You can see and hear the sound of worship bells and pranayams specially in the morning and evening. Generally local residents use this park for jogging, walking and even for gossips. A small fenced area is also used as boys badminton court. Greenaries are moderate but not well maintained.

Place is good, but the park is in a colony, colony people think, it's not for general public and the park is just for the people who have their houses in that colony. Brahmakumaris meditation center is in the park, yoga classes available. But be cautious with the park caretakers, they think, the public property belongs to them. Beware from those people, because they are very much prepared for fight, not only with males but also with females.

One can just walk across Commonwealth Games Village to Amrut Biodiversity Park. Though work in progress but very well laid out. Wide variety of trees, grass and flowers have been planted. One can see Storks and a wide variety of birds, peacocks. However, cows and buffaloes should not be allowed to wander in the park, as they may destroy new plants and dirty pathways. Very few stray dogs as of now, but they should be neutered to keep population in control. Hopefully it should look really pretty after couple of years.

Beautiful place and yet another hidden gem as I have only seen old people walking around and the crowd is lot less than other parks. Outdoor gyms are available at different parts of this stretch. A very good path for a good jog,running or walking whatever fits your health regime. Different parts in between to do exercises too. I would definatlely recommend it if you want some peace and quiet in middle of the city or you dont believe in gyms and cannot find a place to do a good workout this would definatlely be the place you would fancy .

This is main gate gate no 1. Opposite Don Bosco school. The toilets are only at this gate and no where else in the forest. Entrance is decent enough. Once you enter, you will see the toilets. Then an area consisting of open gym, seats, and playground.

There are various birds and animals like Jackal, Fox Mongoose, Neelgai, snakes, many species of birds etc. There are 4 open gym in this forest

A good place for morning/ evening walk. 6.6 Km paved track for the purpose. A park. Open Gyms. There are timing restrictions though for entry into forest and park. A variety of bird species may be seen. A few Neelgais are also there. Overall you will get a nice forest feel in the city.

Local small ground in the South Patel Nagar. I wouldn't call it a park because there are no plants. People play cricket, some drink their booze and others urinate in the open. Not properly maintained at all.

One of my favourite places which I visit every year for sure during the Sharad navaratri, and, only to view and nurture the pandals that are set up every year at this locality. The locality of CR park is so much well maintained that it always presents a pure West Bengal vibe during the navaratri. The nearest metro station to visit Chitaranjan Park is the Nehru Enclave metro of magenta line of the Delhi metro. It's hardly a 20 minutes walk from the metro station to the locality through the Nehru place market, where you can find a very huge laptop and mobile market, infact, the largest laptop market of Asia. Coming to the main point for which I have visited the park, i.e., the pandals and the spectacular decorations of mata durga at a very large scale. There are a lot of pandals across the locality anyone can visit and spend the whole day watching the beauty of Bengal and the traditional decorations by them. I have visited the pandals like Mela ground, Kali badi, pocket 52, Milan samiti, etc. It's a perfect blend of beauty and devotion during the festive season.

This was once a Mini Kolkata for all non-resident Bengalis which was given to people displaced from Bangladesh during 1971 war but as it was fortunately located in South Delhi that raked in great property value since 1990s, the Bengalis decided to sell off their houses at a premium price to the affluent Punjabis who always give show-off a prominence. Now that same Bengali population has decreased by almost 50 percentile by selling off their property to the builders for redevelopment of the building and selling it off to the rich Punjabis. So this is the story of Chittaranjan Park till date.

It is a rather small but very well equipped facility in the generally over crowded New Delhi railway station. It provides a great option to wait out the long hours before the arrival of one's train. Very well managed despite the challenges.

From humble beginnings under a tree pop kamal cinema ,this guy has come a long way in 30 years...he literally owns the place! having around 5-6 various shops catering to the different sorts of preparations. They also have started a fine dining restaurant apart from a lounge bar. But if you want to enjoy the tasty street food in authentic style ,choose the pavement or take the food inside your car in the parking and enjoy the sumptuous kababs and tandoori food ....excellent stuff

Safderjung has Blocks Between B-1 to B-6 and Block A-1 & A-2. The location is very central and has multiple access and exit which help in saving travelling time around the city. Someone of the blocks are very congested and inside lanes are not maintained well which leads to bumpy rides. Godavari Park is situated at D-block, East of Kailash. It is very maintained. This park has two timing.. Morning-5am to 10am and in evening 5pm to 10pm. Everything you will get from this park. Child play space, instruments for exercise, walkable path, there are many bench to seat and gossip. Totally greenary.. Anyone can go and enjoy the space of greenary. But don't forget the time when this park is Opened.

Sad to see, that in South Delhi a park which could look so lovely is completely neglected. It's not well lit and feels risky post dusk. There is no track which may be acceptable provided there is some sort of walking path, but there is no uniformity. If the management RWA responsible could look into the matter, undoubtedly this could be turned into a beautiful park which it seems it may have been at one time.

Elder people turn off the light of the park so that the children cannot play games in the evening as they could not see the objects or any thing over there and elder people take torch with them over there and walk but children cannot keep torches with them while playing and because of it they get hurt and they are not allowed to ridd bicycles in the park

Have grown up playing in this park and have loved the huge transformation it has undergone over so many years. It's much well maintained now than it used to be earlier. There is something to do for everyone. There is a play area with swings and slides for the kids, open gym for the young and a nice walkway for anyone to take a stroll. There are plenty of benches for the old to sit and gossip. It is a nice park for small get-togethers. The only thing we now miss is youngsters playing cricket football or badminton as the park is no more conducive to play such sport.

This mela ground is one of the main places for seeing Durga Devi in C.R. Park. The puja is spread over a large area, and around it, there are different stalls selling food, cosmetics, and other things. There are also cultural programs happening at the same time. I visited Chitranjan Park during Durga Puja for the Dashmi celebration with my family. The Pandal was extremely beautiful, and we had a great time there. Place was buzzing with a variety of food stalls. The only downside is that no outside vehicles are allowed during Puja as roads are cordoned off, so it's better to rent an Uber/Ola than using your personal transport.

This park is just behind Market No 2 of Chittaranjan Park. It has been named on our Top Freedom Fighter Leader Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. But unfortunately, Delhi Government is not looking after the maintenance of this park. It has grown Long grass, no maintenance especially during rainy season. The food at this market is bliss. From the spicy golgappas to the sweetness of the sandesh/shondesh the food is amazing here. The food is worth relishing. The only drawback is absence of cleanliness and the smell of the fish market which goes over the head and makes you nauseous.

This is an extension of the park across the road on the other side. It has a badminton court and a couple of grounds. Also used by the mcd gardeners as a hang out and storage. Unfortunately they behave as if it is their place. In fact it seems that some of them actually live there. With proper care this could be a good park.. right now it only serves to provide some open space and greenery.

J Block Park no. 2 has come up really well in the past one year. Even with the pandemic showing no signs of retreat, an impromptu meeting of girlfriends at the park proved worth it. The thoughtfully placed gazebo offered enough space for a socially distanced time with friends (after several months)

Decent park with a walking/jogging track. Has plants and seasonal flowers, senior citizens' seats, playground with nets and is surrounded by residences in C R.Park's J Block. The park has a a fairly good maintenance and ocassionally holds some religious/cultural functions and puja. The park is accessible from the main road and is fairly well located.

I would rate it as 3 star not because its not a maintained park or something but the only reason is they should entertain everyone's children not only those who are residents of Jblock CRPark. Since every children has rights to play in thise parks which are for public use.

It's a newly developed park on the floodplains of Yamuna River, developed and designed by DDA under the scheme of Yamuna Riverfront Development. Some parts of this park are under development yet. It can be approached from the Old Pushta Road which is connected to Vikas Marg when going towards Lakshmi Nagar (East Delhi). The park is not good for families to visit as there is no public restrooms, no canteen and no other activities for young children as I earlier mentioned that it is developed under the scheme of Yamuna Riverfront Development, under the orders of NGT. Parking is not open for public yet. No a good option to come along with ladies as the area is not that safe.. It can be visited form morning till evening, as there is no light available in the area it is advisable not to stay here after sunset. The entry is free here, but this area will take some months to be developed fully.

You have a stage where u will find different performers performing their acts. But if you talk about expenses... This place is very expensive for a normal person because you will not find anything cheaper here.

This Udhyan is so beautiful but Sorry to say that Due to lack of food court or snaks counter. We felt very bad when we entered into this zoo and their security stopped us to carry foods and after that my baby felt hungry and we hadn't got there any snacks and food there. In the future we are not going to suggest my family guests to visit this zoo.

One of the nice place to stay in the heart of South Delhi. There are enormous benefits of living here. A metro station named Green Park is closeby, which makes it well connected to all. In addition, there are green park market and Yusuf Sarai market, which sell varities of items. Through price of items in Green park market are on a higher side, it offers a lot of stuff with good quality. In this area, there are parks where adults and children can have good time and relax. This place is full of greenery and trees, which make this area worth to live.

This is a small and beautiful park in this area. Area is not such big but in small area too this park is maintained. Kids too have their area to play too like swing and sea saw. Giving it 4 stars because it’s small park and at this time it’s not fully maintained. But I hope in some time I can give it 5.

It is located just opposite Evergreen Restaurant and adjacent to Biran Ka Gumbad in Green Park at prime location. Maintenance is just OK which must definitely be much improved. Good place to hand around with family and kids. Lots of swings are made available here. Paid parking is available at Rs. 20/- per hour which pinches a lot. Outside the park, lot of eating options.

I wish to watch a Durga Pandal, and I read that C R Park is known as Mini Kolkata, and the Durga Puja Pandal of the area is the most famous of Delhi. I like the pandal and how the place is maintained for the function. It is difficult to find washroom and water facilities. Otherwise, the place is good for the large gathering it hosts during the Navratri/Durga Puja period.

It's a so so place if maintained properly would be a good park . Lots of people come here in the morning for a walk. Safe for kids to play.Has a proper fencing surrounding it. Only thing that hurts one is the trash lying around.

This place hosts a Durga puja as well. The crowd visiting this Puja Pandal is uncontrollable. There is always a wait here. The waiting line touches the main road. It’s an obvious sign during the puja’s but this type of crowd has to be well managed. The management takes utmost care of the pandal hopping.

This is a huge park , well maintained by DDA, I used to go for walk everyday in lockdown. There is a open gym and playing area like badminton coat. This park is like a picnic spot.

This is a very big and beautiful park. Here you can come to play outdoor games like badminton, cricket and football. Though there is no ideal place for football. It is a lush greenary with good maintainance. You can get the glimplse of mughal period structures. One part of it is closed from a long time, but I don't know why is it so.

Nice and quiet place in midst of history. Must visit in nice weather. Ruins in front of Jamili Kamili mosque are a must see. You get a real glimpse of the past.

The best place to experience these beautiful Tulip flowers that are being planted every year and blooms during February. I was here today (February 21st, 2025) and it was beautiful. The nearest metro station to get here is on the Pink line (Motibagh) or the Lok Kalyan Marg (Yellow line). From either of these stations, just take an auto to "Tulip festival" on Shantipath and you'd reach here. However, this is an annual flower exhibiton that goes on for only a week during this month (February). It isn't here all year long.

Better to at this in early morning and after sunset, to avoid crowd. Also avoid to visit to be there on weekends. In evening times lots of outdoor games were played (eg. Cricket, football), if you were visiting with your kids it may be chance that they may get hit it. For peace of your mind you can visit early morning or late evening.

It is good that having big park near Home, But it's not look like a park. Dirty drain water is passing always in multiple channels. Surface is not plain to play for kid's. No playing space like jhula, sliper or others things like this.

Well as its name I will give my review from a child's perspective. So for a small child it's haven. I saw it. The spark, the happiness a small child gets while playing in this park. Mostly cause of the jhoolas, various swings, and kids playing activities over there. Either all the aminities over here are new or untouched. They look new n colourful. Ok so basically it's a very small kids park. Umm can't say if one can enjoy, I did cause I love kids.

Don't be waylaid by the irrelevant photos that aren't actually of this location. This entire housing block is a mess of callous residents wasting water with impunity by way of perpetually overflowing ground and overhead tanks, parking issues where some people get no space while others seem to think it their divine right to usurp those of other by virtue of being in the bureaucracy (aggressively mediocre positions, not the top-notch bureaucratic positions). The area also consists of a few politically sponsored anti-social elements who consider themselves above the law. They deflated the tyres of a resident's car, destroyed the windshields on another and even cut the the wiring on a guy's motorcycle. The entire area is in perpetual construction - it is unclear if any of it is cleared by the authorities as per Delhi Master Plan. The area is consistently bombarded by dust and noise pollution. Parking is a huge problem in the entire area for two reasons: the elitist self-serving bureaucracy seems to think it their divine right to usurp as many parking spots as possible while the ones on the perimeter is claimed by the goon type proprietors of these buildings. To top it all, the slum dwellers burn a lot of garbage during winters to keep warm which further exacerbates the air pollution issue. If you end up in this vicinity by a twist of fate or a brain aneurysm, it'd be fruitful to avoid any and all rental properties inside gate 8. Even the ones to the right suffer from chronic water shortage.

This park is being maintained by DDA and is located in Ward No 6, Aam Bagh, Desu Colony, Mehrauli in New Delhi. Amazed to see park of this size in Mehrauli. From outside, no one can imagine that inside Mehrauli has not only big park but also having reasonably a big talab. Park has everything which should have been, swings for kids, walking track, exercise equipments, good plantation etc. Proper lights are now being installed. The park is better known as. Aam Bagh which has got two parts; the other one located near police post, is small. Amazed to see DDA has many well maintained parks to its credit in Delhi and this park is also one of them. People can be seen walking, kids playing and youngsters doing exercise. Good to see too many exercise equipments installed in open.

Not the best but at least one can come here for a walk and some excercise. Fairly well maintained. Toilets still not operational. For last few months sewage water has started collecting and creates bad odour. One good thing that you can visit in late hours as well.

Hauz-e-Shamsi is a Lodi Era water reservoir to collect water for the area. The water from the reservoir serves the need of Mehrauli and the excess water flow towards Tughlakabad via Jharna Mahal. Ironically, Mehrauli faces water shortages these days. This reservoir is just a lake now but should be used to conserve water and to promote tourism around it.

Big park in jangpura extension with facility of open gym,. Less pollution. Good environment for elder people as well as children and young person, the market is side of this park. Inox multiplex is near it. The rest room is also available both side corner of park.

Lots of slides and swings are there but all need maintenance. Most of the swings are broken. Mosquitoes are breeding near the cars dumped by police. It can be a great place for children if proper care and maintenance is given to this park by authorities.

The park is clean and the path is wide enough for 2 people to walk together. At some place the path is not levelled well. Seating is sufficient. More additions can be done. It is spacious.

A favourite place for doggie lovers. A large nos of street dogs are used to sit around the park waiting for some doggie lovers to come and feed them. They like to play in this garden. Previously it was named as doggie park, but now changed after the hoisting of large indian national flag in the park.

Very Calm And Clean for the purpose of morning walk, in front of sir Ganga Ram hospital few people sleep in night who are with patients, but very little in numbers. You will get very less public here for walk or even 1 or 2 only. Proper rising Sun and clean and green environment will make you energetic throughout your day. Birds, squirrel moving here and there give nice feeling. No pigeons, well they are not good for health.

One of the most important park where Indian Prim Ministers give speech to the Nation on 15th August. This park is specially used for festivals like Ram Lila and Dussera mela. I recently attend the new festival named "BHARAT BHAGYA VIDHATA" (Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav) its going to held on the occasion of India completing its 75 years of freedom.

Ramlila is organised during Navratri. One of the biggest and most crowded fair in Delhi.

On the Dussehra mela there is so crowd and you get entry on ramlila only if you have the passes otherwise you will get entry after Ravandahan. go after 7:30 if tou don't have any pass

Now, even public fairs aren't even for public. For the last day of Dussehra fair, we had been in waiting infront of the entry gate for hours. The gatekeepers incharge said, beta aapko tab tak wait krna padega jab tak chief guest aa na jaye. Chahe usey aaney mey raat ka 11 na baj jaye. Wow. Gaye the Dussehra mela dekhne.. Bas redfort dekh k aa gaye. Families with children returned back with just roaming here n there in the Redfort. It was worst.

A must visit place nice ambience

A lively area of ​​old Delhi. A huge market founded back in the 17th century. Since then, nothing has changed, perhaps with the exception of high-voltage and other wires hanging on the trees along the edges of the road. This is an ancient market, completely without any sanitary standards with all the ensuing consequences. A lot of people, dirty, a lot of wild homeless animals. They sell everything here. From spices, dried fruits to silver and gold jewelry and precious stones. The narrow streets are lined with numerous small shops selling essential oils and traditional Indian goods. Foreigners are told the price is 10 times more expensive, and this is literally true! A seasoning that would cost 20 rupees for a local will be offered to a foreigner for 300! Therefore, keep in mind that it may be better to buy the seasoning more beautifully and neatly packaged in the supermarket. Here, just spend half an hour or an hour at most so that you can later remember this exotic wonder.

Only person having entry pass can visit this Ramleela Event. More than 70% visitors are only from sponsored brands who are just busy in eating & chatting in private in-room stalls & having nothing to do with Ramleela. Hence there are very few rides & activities stalls. Ramleela Management was not enough good, nor the play was nicely directed/acted. It seems to be popular just because of famous actors & guests they invite. Better to visit & enjoy in nearby other ramleela which are just 20 mtrs away from it!

Shri dharmik ramlila. One of the best view, atmosphere, foods, games and all. And most important first choice when you visit with family.

I visited during Navratras, just 2 days before Dussehra. Whole Maidan was decorated festively. Many bollywood celebs and politicos were attendees to the event. I spotted Ayush Sharma (Salman Khan's brother in law and Rajat Sharma, News Anchor). There were all famous food stalls like Lotan ke Chhole Bhature and Daulat ki Chaat amongst many more. Best attraction with regards to food was Kulfis. There were more than 100 kulfi flavors. Best being the Roll Kulfi. Overall price is expensive at the place considering each dish costs close to ₹300-350. Overall a great experience and worth visiting if you have the pass.

This is the most popular park in Ladosarai area. Every morning one can see a large number of people exercising and running. There is also gym equipments installed in an area. Every evening large number of people come for here and spend time with their family and kids. It is a great pleasure to see lots of kids playing here. If you are living in Ladosarai and haven't visited this place yet then it is a loss. It is a great place for friends and family to spend time together. Even if you are alone you can enjoy this place!

A very well maintained park with outdoor gym and close to a kilometre worth of circular track, this place is great for casual running and a Sunday afternoon of relaxation. With lush greenery and ample amount of space, the park is always alive with people indulging in sports and other activities. It is open roughly between 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week though the closing time is shortened by about an hour during winter. For runners, there is a dedicated pathway inside what location calls 'saket district forest' which is accessible from the park itself.

Encountered some shady people here. I'd recommend being near the entrance or if you want to explore the inner jungle, never do it alone.

Great park for running, rock climbing and doing all sorts of morning exercise with open gym, flower garden, lots of dogs and other animals. There is also a nice running/cycling trail right behind this park connected with a gate with dense trees and bushes and tons of butterflies. Running here feels magical and has helped me with improving my mental health a lot.
