This is a landmark area in Jhansi. The park is very popular near the jhansi fort. It is in the foothill of the fort. Rani Laxmi Bai park has a beautiful garden and a statue of Rani Laxmi Bai with her little son riding on a horse. There is no entry fee. One can take some rest in the park while visiting other attractions of the city.

Former Municipal Councilor of Mehrauli, Mrs. Aarti Singh got this park constructed and renovated, eliminated illegal parking, illegal encroachment and drug dens and built a beautiful park (Rani Lakshmi Bai Park) dedicated to the brave martyr of Mother India, Rani Lakshmi Bai, with the participation of DDA, MCD and local people. SDK Foundation has also conducted many of its programs in this park, which mainly include Independence Day/Republic Day and Public Awareness Campaign. A group of local women also perform musical bhajan kirtan and recitation of Sunderkand/Hanuman Chalisa every Tuesday, due to which positive spiritual energy is maintained here along with sociality.
