Ingredients
- 1 1 cup Soya chaap (soybean chunks)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Soak the soya chaap in water for about 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. When they start to sizzle, add the onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few more minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, green chili, coriander seeds, garam masala, and red chili powder. Sauté until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well mixed.
- Drain the soya chaap and add it to the pan. Stir well to coat the chaap with the spice mixture.
